Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is being used for project management purposes and for the construction site progress reporting. Procore helps us keeping track of the project documentation and to keep effective communication with ownership and the design team.
  • Submittals - Effectively keep track of the submittals workflow and reminds responsible parties to review documentation and timely approve.
  • Daily Logs - A very good tool to keep track of the daily activities at the site. The tasks breakdown helps the site superintendent include critical information on their reports.
  • Drawings and Specifications - The drawings tool is very useful to keep all the drawing revisions on file and review changes. Sketches and markups can be incorporated and tracked.
  • RFI's - Would be useful to include response workflows, just as the submittals.
  • Schedule - Haven't been able to include our Primavera schedule into our Procore platform. Would be useful to have other ways to upload the schedules.
  • Meetings - The meeting minutes could incorporate additional spaces for written notes/comments to be made during the actual meeting.
Sage is a very limited software and is not user-friendly, unlike Procore.
We have benefited from these capabilities in terms of communication between the parties. It is very convenient to manage the directory as much as the project requires, expanding the contacts without the need of incurring in additional costs. The cloud-based access is also useful for the site personnel who are able to collaborate with the office, design team, and consultants.

Integration was not complicated and the streamline of communication with Procore representatives was very useful at the beginning to clarify questions.
Procore is very useful for document management and to keep track of project transmittals with all the parties involved. It is a transparent way of working with clients and contractors.
