Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are a plumbing contractor focusing on mid to large multifamily projects. We decided to put Procore in the hands of all our field team to get them better access to construction documents and streamline the communication process. We all handle multiple projects and Procore is allowing us to keep this organized and to host their daily progress notes in their specific jobs.
The ability to mark up drawings on the fly, create as-builts in the field, and write up RFI's and CORs are some of the reasons we decided to implement Procore for our company. We have used Procore for years, as provided by our GCs, but we are fairly new is a subscription for our company. The implementation team has been easy to work with and very helpful in creating priorities and strategies for getting off the ground quickly.

- Plan Management
- Daily Progress Reports
- Document Management
- Communication
- Contact Directory is a little awkward at first
- Navigation for the Admins
Procore is the most comprehensive of all. Pricing on size rather than the user is another reason that we used in deciding on Procore.
