Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Working in construction industry is a lot of hard work, you need to juggle things at once. Someday you're at the office, somedays you're at the site that's why using Procore makes the work easier, first it provides access to project monitoring and updates anytime & anywhere accessibility is not as problem. Second it categorizes everything that makes it almost like a planner in other words it makes your job easier to handle.
Pros
- Categorizes every meeting, every submittal and every query that makes all the team productive.
- Accessibility to its usage isn't a problem. You can log-in anytime and anywhere as long as internet access is not a problem.
- You can overlook the project as its entirety and everyone involved have access to it.
Cons
- Emails aren't concise in for a reminder that the way piles up makes you don't want to check it at first glance.
- User manual should be provided at first as a beginners guide.
- Categorize the time frame which submittal/s is the priority to be responded.
- Procore increased the efficiency of all the project team leads involved especially due to the emails being sent is up to date.
- You can response and track all project at once thus save money and time.
- Overall and proper documentation will be used as a copy for everyone's reference thus if there is a revision everyone will be notified and be aware of the changes saving time, money, and effort
Since were in digital ages, Autodesk software's such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and other BIM Software's like TEKLA will be utilized. After collation of all the drawings and plans, cutting list or any production monitoring, proper signatories and reviews will be made in procore thus allowing every person involved in the project to have it reviewed before finalization which saves time, money and effort.
Using Procore is very easy and manageable. You can always teach a newly hired once for them to navigate it easily. Also, with price range wise Procore is widely used in other cities for integration of zero paper waste for plans and documents which time manually also helping the environment for a change.
