Overall Satisfaction with ProofHub

ProofHub is used in our company for the Marketing, Sales and Communication department. The R&D department also uses the program as well. This program has helped us with project separation, presenting information and task management.
  • The obvious, proofing! We need something in-house that can do this instead of hiring one person for this job. Each person on our marketing team knows how to use it.
  • Organizes team projects in a friendly way.
  • Too many notifications.
  • Some of my messages disappear so I don't know if this is a bug or not!
  • Proofing: We have everything from press releases, social media posts, brochures, ads, etc. that have to be proofed. It has saved us tons of time!
  • Project Management: Our team has to schedule fewer meetings about project progress and "where are we at" discussions. Everyone can see it and everyone is accountable. It makes the days more productive by not getting trapped in those meetings.
We had to make a quick decision, someone on our team used it in a previous company and really enjoyed it. We went on reputation.
They have answered all of our questions, however, to get it in a timely manner can be kind of hard. We have someone that was already so well versed in the program, we have been able to go to him with more of our questions.

We do a lot of campaign tracking so this helps everyone on our team make sure that all of the small details are ready for a product launch. Less appropriate: It only integrates with a few programs.
