Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

Quickbase addresses challenges in project management, workflow management, and implementing a multi-approval system, which greatly benefits us.

Pros

  • Easy to create forms.
  • Easy to create reports.
  • Very easy to use.

Cons

  • Absence of variable-based updates for S3 secret keys and Snowflake passwords (due to password rotation policies). Password rotation policy.
  • Cannot handle more than 10000 records at a time.
  • Executive Dashboard allows to present single business view for Leadership reviews, which is one of the selling points (multiple tabs and filters).
  • It allows real-time data on our WIP and status of customer tickets as well as employee metrics, which are a key factor in our ability to performance manage.
Quickbase stacks up against them because it's speed of delivery is not only important for development but also for true change and lifetime, which are remarkable tools.
