The most user friendly Accounting platform which allows for complex accounting done easy
Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We use Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise in a few different ways. Firstly we are a multi state, multi entity structure, with a very complex accounting set up. QuickBooks allows to easily manage all our our entities and all of the accounting for them. We also pay all of our vendors through the payment function and pay other vendors through it.
Pros
- Conglomeration of our entites
- Inter-company transactions
- Multi Currency
Cons
- Bill Pay doesn't allow for multiple contracts with the same vendor
- Quick and efficient month end close
- A lot of tips / rules which lower your error rate
- simplified multi entity close
We actually grew within Quickbooks and believe we will continue to do so. We started with the regular instance and grew into the enterprise functions as we added more and more states and entities QBE made it so easy and actually improved our month end close and allowed to really enhance the overall FP&A monthly reporting
It was extremely easy for us to set it up as we transitioned from Quickbooks to QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. The support staff was 10/10 and I would recommend. We were able to migrate everything in under 1 month and we have not found any issues with data migration nor needed to further enhance or add in many functions
The ability to pull at project, at state and at entity level data and historical financials has given us unparalleled. We are able to better forecast our future months and can report back to investors in record time. The data also allows us to visualize results for Management and help us make the best decisions.
- NetSuite ERP and Xero
Not really comparable the interface on QuickBooks enterprise is far superior. It is the easiest to use across all functions.
