Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

Use to manage and track account receivables and payables. Also used to process payroll, manage vendors and reconcile bank transactions.

Cons

  • More robust accounting features
  • better reporting options.
  • Excellent ROI.
  • Saves time.
  • Great having all information accessible from one place.
Very easy to use. A very intuitive product. Can have a beginner up and running in no time but sophisticated enough for the experienced user.

Good for small to mid-size businesses. A small business may not use all of the features but they are there for the mid-size businesses where accounting is a bit more sophisticated. Good system to track account payables and receivables. Easy to use and not a steep learning curve.
