Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooksOnline for all of our accounting and reconciliation. We also use it for paying employees as well as taxes that are due.

Pros

  • Integration with banks
  • reporting
  • helping to keep up with tax payments and alerts

Cons

  • I'd love a personal finance version of QuickBooks... is that a thing?
  • it has made life much easier when it comes to staying on top of taxes
  • makes it easy to follow up on and notice overdue invoices on accounts receivable.
There are some things that are a little clunky in trying to figure it out.
