Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use it for our construction business. It makes it easy and user friendly when we need to bring on new AP.

Pros

  • Vender contacts
  • Syncing with our construction software

Cons

  • More intuitive data entry
  • Its expensive and an ongoing cost
  • it just works
  • they keep it up to date so I don't worry about it
An a non accounting person I can figure it out and use it as needed. otherwise I get help from others in the office.
Desktop is way cheaper, but QuickBooks Online stays more upto date and is way better at integrating with other software.

It is the best out there if you need an accounting software that is easy to find employees who have used it. Alot of users so makes finding help easier.
