Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online for our accounting system. The user-interface is easy to maneuver and the reporting for nonprofits fit our needs. I also like that QB Online integrates with other systems which enables a smoother and easier workload for administrators. The updates and features that have been developed have created a fresh experience.

The user-interface is clear and easy to maneuver. After a brief introduction a new user can easily find the necessary areas needed for bookkeeping. Reports are clear and can be customized to communicate different aspects of the organizations financial health. The dashboards provide a clear overview of the financial position.
Sage Intacct is very difficult to use and the inter-face is decades behind QB online. The ease to which one can find and manage information on QB online versus Sage Intacct is remarkable. QB Online is made for people who actually manage and facilitate financial information. I am not sure why anyone would use Sage Intacct.

If an organization has multiple people facilitating financial inputs and reports, QB Online would be a good option. If a nonprofit is a small organization, QB online maybe too robust. One must also look at the other systems you are using - are they able to connect to QB online?
