Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
We use this program for AP/AR/Inventory and Payroll. It is pretty user friendly for the most part. Has some speed issues and oddities occasionally. Running reports can sometimes be difficult. Does not always transfer to excel well. You may have to add your own formulas to get totals and such. This has allowed us to stay organized and on track with our budgets after some tweaking/customizing of the reports.

- We use the payroll option which is nice to utilize one program for two aspects of our business. No need to journal entry payroll, the system does it automatically. No need to remote in as you can log in from again.
Set up was super easy. I did it from home on a weekend. It walks you through ever step, but allows you to go back and make changes if needed. We did not receive any training, however that would have been a nice feature. Payroll was more difficult to set up until I called and found out they would set it all up for free due to the package we subscribe to. It would have been nice if they would have reached out to use to offer this service.
This aspect makes it easy to log in from anywhere on the road, at home or other locations. No need to remote into a "base" computer or network. This feature allowed us to seamlessly transition to remote working when COVID first hit. I have prepared worked and prepared payroll from our hotel room in Walt Disney world in the past. Which is was a nice and easy option. Being a smaller company we do not have backup employees.
I do not feel it is industry specific. We use specific industry programs for other aspects of our business, but those do not accomplish what QB does. QB is very specific and I fell it will meet most companies accounting needs.

I believe our level of subscription comes with premium support. Once you learn how to submit a support ticket it takes no time to get a call back. Usually within a minute or two I am receiving a call back. Everyone once and awhile there is an an issue with the call back. Call back is received but no in there. That is rare but has happened a few times. Normally, call back is quick and most reps are very friendly.
