Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

QBOA has great video training and I am always able to find what I am looking for.

Pros

  • Different reports to run
  • Video learning
  • Immediate support

Cons

  • Hold times on the phone, for support, get lengthy
  • We've watched our company grow
Extremely easy set up for myself and employees
We've got users in California and Texas, and we all do fine on the program while using at the same time.
It keeps all of our customer database and financials for the entire business.
