Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
QuickBooks Online is our source of financial information. We use it to maintain integrity and stay in compliance with our federal funding. The ability to have multiple users with different roles has allowed us to consolidate workflows and totally eliminate many spreadsheets that were tracking customer information.

- Advanced forecasting with Fathom
- Great user interface
- Easy to learn
- Great customer service
- Permission sets are not yet fully customizable
- Admins automatically override workflows - this is a problem in small companies when we are trying to maintain dual control; when admins create bills, they need to be approved by others, too.
- Efficiency in time management of everyday tasks
There are so many options and ways to set up a new file that it can be intimidating. We partnered with a certified QuickBooks Online consultant and I strongly recommend that. That was well worth the investment to get us up and running with confidence.
