Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
We use NXT in the resource development department only. It is the tool for gift entry/management and tracking, as well as prospect action planning.
- Online express - is a great interface with the donation page on our website
- Gift/revenue reports - provides ease of generating reports
- Moves management - the action/proposals capability works well for our prospect management through gift acquisition
- Online express - it would be nice to have a reporting feature that prints directly from online express
- Online express - recurring gifts do not post to the general ledger, without a more involved manual process - very time consuming

- Increased scalability due to cloud deployment
We are still, very much, a work in progress. We have not reached total efficiency yet as we learning daily about new features or features that we are not using yet.
We still struggle with getting support and help from Blackbaud. In many cases, we need someone to just pick up the phone to call. Being pushed to a knowledge base and then having to chat - often is frustrating for some of our questions.
