Rakuten Viber is mostly used in group chats which are like one-on-one conversations. You can react and reply to messages, send a GIF, upload your files, and send a voice meme or voice message. We mostly used it because of the safety that it offers, since all of the data is stored on a secure server, it is very easy and accessible.

Emojis or stickers is a big plus to add exciting content during a conversation

Rakuten Viber is overall the best. Hands down!!! Even though the other products have their own use and they are well functioning in the market, but Rakuten Viber is still top notch!

As mentioned previously, it is easy to use and access since the you can chat, send voice memos or stickers in a conversation. So in overall it's very entertaining. But throughout that, the audio quality can seem to be a bit off. (Could be personal headset issue)
Overall that is the only issue that is present or consistent.
