What it needs

We gave this rating because there [isn't] enough training available, we [don't] always use it for all of our scenarios there are elements that [haven't] been effective as we need to [spread] across a wider majority of users but that would increase the price for us, therefore we have resorted to excel in some cases and there [isn't] the best way of [visualizing monetary] data like this.

Poor really, I haven't received any data or ideas on how [I] can use the software [further], what can it do for me?

[Really] good for account tracking and working out what clients are active and none active not so good for extracting data, not enoough push on what else the product can do[.]
