Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as an HR platform to manage onboarding and payroll.
  • Clean and thoughtful U/X.
  • Easy navigation.
  • Automation of details.
  • Long-term hands on support would be useful.
  • Combined pricing instead of too many modules.
  • Visibility.
  • Organization.
  • Management.
Initial payroll support was ok, but the system seems to be designed for on your own support. If you need an answer, you have to spend time researching in their knowledge base. Email support seems slow sometimes. Phone support is nonexistent. There may be options to pay, but I like systems designed with strong customer support in mind where you can pick up the phone and talk to a human immediately.

Best option I’ve seen to automate payroll and HR functions.
Rippling is doing the best job at automating HR in a very user friendly way. They pay attention to detail by having clear step-by-step guidelines on every process, including explanatory notes.
