Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used for our payroll, our benefits, devices, and apps.

Pros

  • Easy benefits enrollment. The best I've ever seen.
  • Payroll notifications.
  • Application add-ons.

Cons

  • Perhaps more apps.
  • 401K
  • Perhaps compensation tools.
  • Less time figuring out how to do things.
  • Less to worry for management.
  • Ease of use.
I don't recall what my previous employer used but I do recall how difficult it was to use.
I have not used it.
