Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for a lot of different things. Mainly, I use it to log into all of the different apps/services that we use. It helps manage our passwords as well, so it makes that part easy. It's also nice to be able to have all of our medical benefits stuff under one roof. If I need to schedule an appointment for a doctor or dentist visit, Rippling makes it easy.

Rippling is a lot better than Justworks in my opinion. It helps me manage all of my important medical and insurance-related items much better than Justworks. I do, however, enjoy the look/feel of the Justworks portal better - it looks cleaner.
I've only ever had to reach out to Rippling support once, but it was super easy and I got my questions answered in a timely manner.

- Super easy to use - Super well organized for first time users - Helps provide educational tools for learning about things you might not know too much about
Well suited: - If you need to access your payroll or past paychecks, it's easy to do on Rippling - If you need to enroll in benefits, like FSA or insurance, you can easily do so on Rippling - If I forget who my primary care doctor is, Rippling makes it easy to find who to contact for an appointment
