Tracking goals of my sales team, managing benefits - very nice & friendly experience navigating, one-stop-shop for everything corporate-related

Pros

  • Easy UX/UI
  • Becomes a true platform connecting the various components of employment
  • Easy to track milestones

Cons

  • Would like a live-chat for end-user support
  • Changing HSA banks during open-enrollment makes for unnecessary complication
  • Allows me to effectively manage my tasks and people
