Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use the Rippling platform to request and schedule time off and to view and manage my benefits. The process is very easy and simple to follow. Our HR team has a broader scope of use, but as a single user, it has been seamless and easier than other systems I've had to use in the past at previous companies / other roles.

Pros

  • Payday emails.
  • Ease of requesting time off.
  • Clear benefits overview.
  • Org chart.

Cons

  • Upcoming bdays and anniv. on home screen instead of, or in addition to email.
  • More customizable dashboard options.
  • Add quick action items.
  • It is easy to use from an employee perspective.
  • Our HR team seems to like to tool.
  • Easy for users to learn quickly.
I was not involved in the buying decision for either - I am just a user. From that perspective, both tools were easy but Rippling has a more simple and clean interface that is easy to navigate. I also had to use UltiPro in the past which I did not like, there was no mobile app and the user experience was really lacking.
As a Rippling user, I have not yet had to contact support.

I gave this rating to the Rippling platform because it is easy to use from an employee/user perspective. I like the clean interface, I like the ease of use, I like how simple it is to navigate. I also like having the mobile app at my fingertips as well.
Rippling is very easy to use and learn as a user. Our team also likes emails that Rippling sends out on paydays, the gifs are fun, playful, and engaging. The platform is clean and easy to navigate. It has just the right amount of information without being overwhelming from an employee perspective.
