Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use the Rippling platform to request and schedule time off and to view and manage my benefits. The process is very easy and simple to follow. Our HR team has a broader scope of use, but as a single user, it has been seamless and easier than other systems I've had to use in the past at previous companies / other roles.

- Upcoming bdays and anniv. on home screen instead of, or in addition to email.
- More customizable dashboard options.
- Add quick action items.
- It is easy to use from an employee perspective.
- Our HR team seems to like to tool.
- Easy for users to learn quickly.
I was not involved in the buying decision for either - I am just a user. From that perspective, both tools were easy but Rippling has a more simple and clean interface that is easy to navigate. I also had to use UltiPro in the past which I did not like, there was no mobile app and the user experience was really lacking.
