Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

At Senseye, I am using Rippling at our company for many different things. Being our HR software, it is the hub of so much information and documents. With the use of Rippling, we are able to handle our insurance benefits, vacation and sick day policies with our time off requests and calendar, finances and payroll, and all of our employee's information and paychecks. So much of my HR job centers around Rippling and it adds so much ease to many elements of my work.
  • Sorts out all the important elements I use it for: Insurance, Payroll, Birthdays, PTO, 401K, etc
  • Rippling makes it easy to add CSVs to the finance/payroll tab
  • Checking each employee's vacation and sick day hours is easy. It's also simple for all our employees to go into Rippling and request that information
  • Fast customer service when you chat the support@rippling.com email.
  • So far with Rippling, we have not had any issues or things that stick out that have been an inconvenience. It is pretty straightforward to use.
  • The positive impact has been the great HR database this has been for all of the things pertaining to my job and our company.
  • No negative impacts from Rippling
Rippling has been the only HR software we have used at Senseye and it has been a great find. It has all the capabilities we hoped for so not sure we see anything lacking. Rippling is simple to use and has all the features we need throughout the year to stay on track and keep all of our employee's data and documents in place.
The Rippling Support team has been a very beneficial part of Rippling. Anytime I have had questions they are usually pretty quick to email back within 24 hours. I do wish the Rippling Support team had a phone number to call, but normally the email has been quick. Any questions that come up I have always got an answer back on.

Rippling's overall usability has been very good! It is easy to hop on and find whatever I am needing from their site on a daily basis. It is convenient to keep everything I am needing for each employee in one place.
If you are needing an HR system to be the hub for all of your information and documents on each employee, as well as a place for insurance benefits, 401K information, and many other things then Rippling is great! It is simple to use, has fast customer service, is easy to terminate and hire employees through it, and has an organized platform.
