Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use rippling for our hr software. the software solves our clocking in and out system, [HR] and insurance needs. it is offered to over 800 people. Rippling encompasses all of our HR needs from insurance and benefits to IT management of our company laptops

I would say Zenefits is a better product, the UX is better and offers same features. Zenefits beats out rippling with their mobile app. Zenefits app makes it easy for me to clock in and out and adjust my timecard. Adjusting your timecard in rippling is confusing at first because the times have to be exact and the way that time is formatted is confusing as well. I can't even really explain how it works thats how confusing it is. it takes trial and error to figure out how to adjust your timecard.
I lowered the rating because of the lacking a mobile app and timecard format. I had to loop in my manager to teach me how to adjust my timecard which took bandwidth away from both of us. I would definitely improve the mobile app and make the mobile safari version more mobile-friendly instead of loading the desktop version on my iPhone.

Rippling has a friendly interface, everything is aesthetically pleasing. however the difficulty of use of adjusting your timecards is just a hassle for everyone involved. additionally changing your time code is annoying as well. if they could make a feature where you could alert yourself or plan your time codes ahead that would save me a huge hassle

Rippling is well suited to hold employees' information regarding benefits and insurance. it does a poor job with job codes, time cards, and its mobile app. The reason that I think the mobile app could use improvement is that I primarily want to use it to be able to clock in and out of work. If I am away from my computer and want to adjust my timecard I have to log in to Rippling through safari to do this. In addition, when I am using the mobile version through safari it loads the desktop site which is way to large for me phone. making it difficult to navigate
