Rippling is great!
Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for our time off requests, payroll, insurance, benefits, and as a way to communicate as a company about changes and updates. Rippling has helped us organize all corporate and personal forms needed and it provides a comprehensive and easy-to-read PTO calendar. It also provides reminders to employees when there are "housekeeping" items you need to complete which is helpful! It helps us stay organized as a company with very little personal effort!
Pros
- User interface is excellent
- Clear "to-do" list
- Provides reminders when there are items we need to complete.
Cons
- I wish the process for requesting a half day or just a few hours off on a day was easier. Right now it easy to accidentally request the incorrect half of the day off.
- It has greatly helped with getting employee forms returned in a timely manner
- It has helped keep track of employees that are PTO
- There needs to be more opportunity for employee recognition
Rippling is far superior! There are more features and the interface is much easier to use.

Evaluating Rippling and Competitors
Yes - I can't remember the name of the old one but I know I like Rippling better!
- Product Features
- Product Usability
The old platform used was not easy to use. We wanted something that was clearer and provided a quick way to access the information we needed as employees.
I wasn't involved in the selection process
