Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling helps keep track of our time on the clock, PTO requests, health insurance information and keeps track of our paystubs. I'm able to use it for annual learning management courses. Rippling is able to also help us keep track of our benefits and sign up during open enrollment. I'm able to utilize Rippling to keep track of PTO used and requested as well as the sick time available. If you use the clock in and clock out feature it is not the exact time it rounds to the next 5-minute interval so if you clock in at 6:01 it will show 6:05 which could be bad if your work penalizes you for being 5 minutes late when you were only 1.

- When looking at pay stubs it would be nice if you are in one to be able to go to the next or previous paystub without having to click paystubs to show them.
- Being able to have my paystub emailed to both my work and personal email instead of one or the other
- Impacts time management t giving employees access to their information directly.
