Some of the features are dialed (payroll, benefits administration) but others are inferior (HSA and 201K partner integrations). Support is below average.
Rippling has done a very good job with payroll (both delivery and UX), but their support staff isn't very helpful in other aspects. If you don't use Rippling as your benefits broker they are not terribly helpful. Our research found their benefits plans are more expensive and their PEO is crazy expensive - so you more than double your costs. When trying to integrate an HSA plan they only allow you to use a single provider. Similar deal with their 401K. Their first-level support is mostly unhelpful – usually only directing you to their knowledge base for answers. Anything that is escalated or sent directly to your account rep is met with slow responses (multiple days).
