Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it for my personal payroll benefits and time off. Also, utilize as a manager as well.

Pros

  • Makes SSO very easy
  • Makes onboarding easier
  • Makes PTO request a breeze

Cons

  • Rippling Add on is a bit clunky
  • finding things can sometimes be difficult
  • Onoarding employees has really impacted our ability to grow
