I use it for my personal payroll benefits and time off. Also, utilize as a manager as well.
- Makes SSO very easy
- Makes onboarding easier
- Makes PTO request a breeze
- Rippling Add on is a bit clunky
- finding things can sometimes be difficult
- Onoarding employees has really impacted our ability to grow
