Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to onboard new employees and to manage benefits and paid time off for current employees.
  • Integrations with tools like Goodhire.
  • Managing PTO.
  • Managing Benefits.
  • Combining Rippling with Lattice so that everything is in one spot.
We've always used Rippling as long as I've worked here - I love it! It's nice to have many aspects of HR all in one spot for reference!
I've personally never really needed to use it, because of how user-friendly and easy to manage! One time our onboarding specialist reached out to support and we heard back the same day!

Very user-friendly! I've always figured out on my own what I'm trying to accomplish with Rippling and never needed to reach out to a colleague or Rippling support to figure something out. I think that speaks for itself!
Super easy to use and very convenient! We use it to onboard new employees (including Background checks via Goodhire extension), get them set up with an email, etc. We also use it to manage our current benefits and PTO requests! We also use Rippling to store important things like employee organization charts, new hire packets, etc. It's super handy to have it all in one spot!
