Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling to manage things that used to be siloed and separate but are now combined into one easy-to-use product: processing payroll that pulls in the connected medical/dental/vision benefits so deductions are automatically processed as well our 401k with Guideline. Employees have access to view paystubs and any updates made to addresses, benefits, 401k percentages are seamlessly integrated with the different apps. I also love the RPass password manager (accessible on desktop and mobile app) that replaced 1Password and people using Google Sheets to store passwords.
- Payroll processing.
- Benefits and especially the annual open enrollment process.
- Employee self-service portal to view info and make changes.
- Onboarding process with offer letters with a digital signature on all the documents required.
- Deeper integration with Quickbooks Online to pull in GL accounts for payroll journal entries
- Sometimes email notifications are cryptic and I need to send them to support to inquire what they pertain to
- Perfect for companies that don't have a dedicated HR department.
- Allows for having one product to manage all the aspects of payroll and HR.
