Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to manage our employee onboarding and employee benefits. It is a very organized system and very easy to use as an employee. For example, I am a brand new employee and I was able to sign my offer letter, complete my new-hire paperwork and I-9 paperwork, and sign up for my medical/dental/vision health benefits and optional benefits, like life insurance, disability insurance, etc.

  • Switching between a personal email address and a new company email address as a new employee isn't ideal.

  • It helps manage the yearly health benefit open enrollment period.
As far as my experience goes, I believe TriNet is a more comprehensive tool given that it manages all aspects of Human Resources needs - payroll, health benefits, wellness benefits, expenses, etc.
There is online support as well as chat support, phone support, and email support.

It is very easy to enroll and track offer letter acceptance, new hire paperwork, and employee health benefits!
Slack, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Drive
Rippling is great for small start-up environments and likely for larger companies as well. The process from offer letter to new employee paperwork to employee health benefits is pretty seamless from the employee perspective and helps the HR department organize new hires and regular employees and helps manage the yearly benefits enrollment periods.
