Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling to manage our employee onboarding and employee benefits. It is a very organized system and very easy to use as an employee. For example, I am a brand new employee and I was able to sign my offer letter, complete my new-hire paperwork and I-9 paperwork, and sign up for my medical/dental/vision health benefits and optional benefits, like life insurance, disability insurance, etc.

- Switching between a personal email address and a new company email address as a new employee isn't ideal.
