Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We had a previous employee management system based in Spokane, WA that only was helpful for those living in the Pacific NW but now Rippling allows us to accommodate all of our employees who live around the United States. Before we had tons of challenges and now we are set up for success.

  • Phone customer support.
  • Add more applications.
  • Provide demos before purchase.
  • Saved employee time on system.
  • PTO has been a breeze.
  • Onboarding.
Rippling sets the bar for other Employee Management Platforms. It is not even close with the offerings that are provided. I would pick Rippling over the others all day.
If we had a number to call that was available 24/7 that would be so beneficial. This is the only area of improvement in my mind.

So easy to use and everyone has had a great experience.
I would use Rippling for any and every company that I work for in the future. I think it is customizable and fits the mold for any organization. If you are a fortune 500 company this would be a huge benefit to be able to search employees info and learn more about a teammate.
