Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I'm an employee using Rippling and was onboard with it as such. I've got to say, it's the most seamless people management software I've ever used! This being my eighth job (fourth in the actual industry) it's shocking it took this long to find something that worked so cleanly! Managing health care, insurance, onboarding, etc has been a breeze.

- Hiding what's actually unused would be nice (might be a management consideration)
- Truly unsure of the impact but I believe it to be entirely positive, time saved onboarding was obvious - probably a 75% reduction from other similar systems I've used in the past.
I've used Alight in the past for benefits management, onboarding, and health initiatives. It's not the worst thing in the world, but I found the UI cumbersome and the functionality that mattered to be hidden under layers of menus. Also, I ended up needing about 3 logins just to access everything, their system is really not integrated as best as it could be. Rippling made all that easy in comparison.
