Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I'm an employee using Rippling and was onboard with it as such. I've got to say, it's the most seamless people management software I've ever used! This being my eighth job (fourth in the actual industry) it's shocking it took this long to find something that worked so cleanly! Managing health care, insurance, onboarding, etc has been a breeze.

  • Truly unsure of the impact but I believe it to be entirely positive, time saved onboarding was obvious - probably a 75% reduction from other similar systems I've used in the past.
I've used Alight in the past for benefits management, onboarding, and health initiatives. It's not the worst thing in the world, but I found the UI cumbersome and the functionality that mattered to be hidden under layers of menus. Also, I ended up needing about 3 logins just to access everything, their system is really not integrated as best as it could be. Rippling made all that easy in comparison.
I haven't had any issues, but their support options are very transparent if you ever need help!

I feel like I've already highlighted the usability benefits before :)
Incredibly clean onboarding. From device setup to employee access control the onboarding process was seamless. Managing time off is straightforward. Insurance and benefits selection is clean and easy to understand (though insurance itself isn't :)). The task-based approach makes it incredibly obvious what you need to do. Payroll information is fun and easy to understand the breakdown of it all.
