Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our single source of truth for employee and contractor records. We needed to scale quickly and the attribute-driven functionality that Rippling offers has helped us do it seamlessly. Onboarding has helped us make sure every employee signs the right documents for their location. App management and user provisioning/de-provisioning have helped us make sure everyone gets set up with the right tools and on the right distribution lists with minimal manual intervention. We barely have to think about benefits because Rippling handles that seamlessly with our broker. Time Off Requests and Time and Attendance make managing payroll incredibly easy and fast. We're a multi-state employer, operating in over 30 states, and Rippling's payroll setup made a complex task much simpler for us initially, and entirely hands off after we set everything up. Given their ever-expanding integrations, the more we integrate within Rippling, the easier it is for us to manage our business.

Traditional payroll software has a clunky user experience. They get the job done, but it's at the expense of more time spent by my HR team in supporting employees in using the software to find what they need. Rippling's self-service features work because it's intuitive and easy to understand. The more modern options have a beautiful, elegant user experience, but they're limited in their capabilities. We wanted a platform that could grow with us and make managing our business exponentially easier the more we expand with them.
I used Rippling with another company when they were first starting out and getting support was a little challenging. Fast forward 3 years and now I have an Account Manager to help me manage additional modules, a Technical Account Manager to get into the finer technical details of managing our setup, and the general support team to help us manage anything that might come up in our day-to-day.

Elegant, simple, intuitive user interface makes employee self-service usable and easy - and saves my HR team time in not needing to provide as much support on day-to-day questions.

Rippling is great for companies who see the value in a great user experience that will help the business be easier to manage. It's not the best option for a company just trying to do things as cheaply as possible. For companies that are willing to invest some time in configuring it, Rippling will help you get to a "set it and forget it" place really quickly so you can spend your time on more valuable tasks. For bigger companies with established processes and vendors for all of the modules that Rippling offers, it will seem more expensive and time-consuming to migrate everything to Rippling - but the payoff is well worth it in the long run if you're on the market for letting technology take over the non-valuable tasks so your people can work on things that really contribute to the bottom line.
