We use Rippling as our primary HRIS.

  • Support, they're always trying to sell us something
  • We ask for help, and we need to pay more to get that help
  • Saves lots of time with automated workflows and integrations
ADP is NOT user-friendly. Very hard to use. Robust, but difficult. Rippling is super user-friendly and has almost all of the same capabilities.
I ask for support, I get a sales call, or I get pushed to look again at company help articles.

Super user-friendly.
Checkr, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Ripping can adapt to many different types of business. It would take some work but you can customize it very well to your needs. As you add features, you need to speak with lots of sales reps, and you need to spend lots of time in the system, but you can make it work for you.
