I find the use of the application very vital to my day-to-day work, especially when it comes to my benefits and my requests for days off. I prefer this over previous models that I had used as it takes the multiple apps that I would have to utilize and can have everything in one place.

With all technology, there can typically be bugs that need to be worked out but I find that it is very minimal when it comes to Rippling with my usage with it. As things continue, I may edit this but so far, I am finding no issues and am very happy with the usability.

Rippling is great for looking through and reviewing your benefits, which makes things really simple. In previous companies, I would have to navigate through numerous apps to locate information on benefits, time-tracking, time-off requests, and also employee information but now with Rippling, I have the ability to do all of this in one easy place. The navigation of the app as well as the desktop view are well fleshed out so, as a user, I am very impressed.
