Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling to manage payroll, benefits, onboarding and employee agreements, and enterprise IT accounts. It greatly simplifies our HR and IT overhead by automating payroll and most HR functions. We also use the single-sign-on features to manage access to most IT resources throughout the company.

There is very little setup, integration, or training needed to get operating with Rippling. The different functions are portioned into different "apps", similar to the iPhone, and all of your employee data is already integrated into the apps out of the box. You can provision new apps and distribute the functionality to your team with (usually) just a few clicks. Some are internal, and many are 3rd party. The external ones sometimes take more integration, but you can usually tell going into it what will be required.
