Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company uses Rippling for managing Medical, Dental, Insurance, and other benefits. Enrollment flow is easy to use in the module without any specific domain knowledge. Clear and concise page-wise flow makes it easy to handle and move from one page to other. Signing the documents is easy as you can electronically sign them.

Pros

  • Track progress in real time and review goals by status and owner.
  • Compensation management and planning with no spreadsheets
  • Automated workflows that help HR teams save time and focus on more strategic work.

Cons

  • They can add some short video for each module before enrollment
  • Training video before task completion
  • Implementation of AI in each module for query/understanding.
HirArt work flow management is very poor.
Flow of page wise information is difficult to handle
Pagewise navigation in not smooth.
Document sharing feature is one way.
Electronic Sign in for any document is easy and one can simply draw their signature and move from one module to another.

Easy to use different modules from pay to profile and benefits. Easy to create your profile. Easy to navigate from one page to another. Easy to navigate the different modules of Rippling and use it. Easy to sign documents electronically and move to the next page or module. Easy to navigate the information and download the documents.
Best suited for a small company where few HR personnel can create a fully functioning department without using a lot of resources for it. For a small amount of money, a company can easily transfer their entire HR department to Rippling and thereby cost-cutting.
