Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company uses Rippling for managing Medical, Dental, Insurance, and other benefits. Enrollment flow is easy to use in the module without any specific domain knowledge. Clear and concise page-wise flow makes it easy to handle and move from one page to other. Signing the documents is easy as you can electronically sign them.

Very easy to use and navigate the pages from one module to another. No unnecessary clutter and democratic long documents to read and then navigate the pages and information necessary to make a decision. Electronic Sign in for any document is easy and one can simply draw their signature and move from one module to another.

Easy to use different modules from pay to profile and benefits. Easy to create your profile. Easy to navigate from one page to other. Easy to navigate the different module of Rippling and use it. Easy to sign documents electronically and move to the next page or module. Easy to navigate the information and download the documents.
Best suited for a small company where the company wanted to focus on research and does not want to deal with HR for which they have to create a new department and lots of resources for it. For a small amount of money, a company can easily transfer their entire HR department to Rippling and thereby cost-cutting.
