Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for all our people processes, programs and initiatives making it simple for the HR team and a seemless experience for our employees. This includes our applicant tracking system, onboarding, core HRIS, payroll, goal setting, performance management, one on one meetings, surveys, and our LMS and content creation.

Rippling is much better than these other systems. It offers you flexibility, it’s simple to customize, it offers a singular platform user experience, it offers better customer support, it does not require you to be an HRS analyst to manage, and it is fair and pricing.
You have a dedicated account manager, who is responsive, who is knowledgeable, and actually helps you.

Again, it is a simple, easy, comprehensive, and pleasant product to work with both as an administrator and an employee. It also offers a good mobile experience.
It allows you to automate so many processes requiring less staff to do manual work. It is also super simple and the Rippling team provides great customer support. It is a more modern platform that has really covered all solutions when needs in the HR world. It is not made up of acquired different companies with their different products. It is one easy, simple, seamless experience with a great look.
