Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for Payroll, PTO, Checking in & Out, Reports, Insurance and other things. This is very helpful as it is a quick application that is able to take care of all of the applications in one place, using one dashboard. Signing in and out is also very nice how quick and easy it is as well.
  • Easy to sign in.
  • Emails regularly when something needs to be done.
  • Tells me when I am paid.
  • Handles Insurance.
  • PTO could include an improved calendar.
  • The phone app could be easier and simpler to use.
  • The insurance app could be simplified.
  • It is very beneficial.
  • The app is very helpful and efficient with PTO.
  • The payroll is a positive as well.

The overall usability is great. I think any business, especially one that is maily a work from home company, would be very lucky to have Rippling. It is simple, it is easy to navigate, and it is very reliable. I enjoy the Time & Attendance section being great too. The time off is great.
Rippling is very well suited for any job I can think of. It is very helpful working from home as well because of the simplification of all of the apps. I really do not have any major complaints about the application because it works very well, especially compared to prior jobs I have.
