Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used at my place of work for all things payroll, attendance, and benefits related. It’s the best, most streamlined online service I’ve used out of all the ones I’ve utilized in the past. A lot of companies comparable to Rippling are clunky and not as user-friendly, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Super straightforward.
I love the step-by-step enrollment process for benefits. There was an overview of every part of my insurance coverage, from medical to life insurance. The information is organized and presented in a way that’s easy to follow. Because everything you need is in one place, you don’t have to resort to opening new tabs to review your company’s specific benefit plans, as they’re all included.
