Rippling is an easier to use but less feature rich version of Workday. Workday seems to have better time tracking solutions.

Clean, easy to use.
Pros: The process to select benefits was the easiest I have ever been through. For example, it required way less re-entering of personal information when signing up for benefits. It clearly showed what my current selections are and my future enrollment. It also clearly laid out the difference between health plans from year to year. The ability to manage your HSA on a single platform was also nice.

Cons: There is no Stitch integration to get the data in our data warehouse to perform analytics + automate manual processes.
