Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for HR purposes and it helps resolve PTO issues and payroll. The product addresses all common issues an employee may have while inquiring about insurance or benefits. The scope is quite large and our company uses several of the applications offered to help streamline the efficiency of answering common questions.

Rippling is much better suited for a large company. I found the dashboard to be much more convenient and easy to use. It was also much more straight forward when handling tax documents such as a W-4. It was very helpful for the tax process. Gusto at times could be slow and less clear.
Support was provided by my own company and the HR department. I did not see them have any issues answering my questions and to my knowledge they understood the program well. I heard positive feedback from other coworkers as well and I look forward to using the platform more throughout my career.

It was very easy to use. Even some coworkers who are less technologically literate did not have any issues transferring over to this program. Many of the questions I had were easily answered through exploring the program itself. The only outside help I needed was some advice regarding insurance plans but that did not directly relate to how to use the software.
Rippling is well suited for all common needs. It supports employees well and makes the process of asking for time off and benefits more efficient. It is less well suited to recommend benefit programs and insurance policies. The page makes it easy to choose, but I had some questions regarding the individual policies that were not clear.
