Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use rippling to streamline a lot of processes for our employees. It makes Insurance Enrollment, PTO, mapping out business responsibilities, and more. It's a One-Stop-Shop for anything an employee will need to understand the business ecosystem and HR-related topics. Getting set up on Rippling is a thorough process, but they make it easy to do it right.

Pros

  • Taking advantage of their dashboards is a must. It helps our whole team stay on the same page, and understand what work is top priority.
  • We have a lot of employees that are just graduating college, and enrolling in insurance for the first time. Rippling makes it comprehensive and so easy for them to understand their options, and cost, and fill out the right paper work. It saves us a lot of time.
  • The workflow automator is so amazing. It removes the pain out of processes for a lot of people. It helps us ensure that nothing slips through the cracks, and we get all the correct information.

Cons

  • Reporting aspect of the solution has a learning curve. It is an incredibly powerful feature. Have more resources to shorten the learning curve.
  • Saved money from previous provider
  • Process Automations and General UI make everything more fluid and thus, done quicker.
Never needed to contact support, and it won't let me skip the question. I'm sure the team's great though!

Usability is the main reason I love the tool so much.
I think rippling has the capability to do a lot of things for small businesses. Especially when you are able to take advantage of reporting and work flow automation. It will take some time and dedication to set it up and get the most out of it, I recommend having someone with the bandwidth to manage it.
