Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The benefits selection process has continued to be very easy to understand and use - even for folks who do not have a lot of practical experience understanding the differences between different health/vision/dental plans. I can only imagine that this process will become even more streamlined as the product develops further.

I was unfortunately not included in the discussions around choosing a new HRIS at my current company, however, after viewing other's Rippling seems to be improving steadily and I can see this product becoming very strong in the future. There are still a few kinks here and there (especially with reporting showing incorrect data around departures) that need to be fixed before it is perfect.
Rippling Support is absolutely incredible and it really makes you appreciate the platform more. My customer success manager is always available to help, and even when they aren't, the support email often gets back to me and my team very quickly with a well thought out plan and/or answer that is very helpful.

I think the product is very straightforward, but there are pieces where I feel as though it may be lacking when it comes to overall cohesion and understanding - especially for newer folks, and even more tenured folks who did not pay attention during the company's transitional phases from one product to the next.
Rippling is a useful tool for companies that do not have previously established methods for data management since you will be building these from the ground up. If you bend to Rippling's data needs, you will be very happy with the results, however, if you try to incorporate historic data types you may have some issues.
