Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We just opened a position on Rippling since we have a global workforce. With Rippling, we are able to offer great benefits and support for our global workforce easily without any issues.

Pros

  • Great health care options.
  • Great communication with users.
  • Easy dashboard and UX experience.

Cons

  • Integration, it took us some time to get all set.
  • N/A is too soon to tell.
Rippling has a better UI experience and offers more options.

Haven’t had much time yet, but so far, so good but can’t give a final grade just yet.
It offers great options for global workforces both in benefits, hr, and anything related to making your company and its offerings more efficient.
