Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling allows us to effectively manage the entire onboarding process in a simple and streamlined way. From the minute we bring on a new employee, Rippling goes to work setting up required documents, information and device management. Once they start, we then are able to run a number of reports that feed financial models, forecasting, etc. quickly and user friendly. As an employee, Rippling has all of the modules and portals you would ever need for any HR or pay related information

Rippling is much easier and more effective than any of the past systems I have used for HR management such as UKG or Sequoia. Other systems have too many options/their UI is not intuitive to use for an average user. Many employees are not technically savy and therefore require internal resources to assist them which costs money. This is not the case for Rippling

Usability for Rippling is one of the best features and positives of implementing this system. There is almost no user interaction related to the onboarding process which is one of the most demanding and stressful parts about HR. As a personal user, the interface/UI is simple and easy to follow with large icons and no clutter of information you don't need. As a backend user, reports are easy to refresh
Rippling is well suited for the onboarding of employees and for the general every day HR tool for said employees. It is very easy and intuitive to use for an average employee trying to find information regarding taxes, payroll, benefits, etc. Is is also suited very well for backend admin users who need to run reports such as payroll or employee rosters. It may not be well suited for huge organizations as I am part of a smaller org and not sure how well it scales
