Our use case includes automated payroll for our global team, seamless benefits enrollment, and comprehensive IT management, all tailored to enhance efficiency and compliance.

For the most part, Rippling offers a more integrated experience by combining HR, IT, and Finance into one platform, allowing for seamless management of employee lifecycle, which Gusto does not provide. It excels in global payroll capabilities and extensive third-party integrations, providing scalability for growing businesses. While Gusto is user friendly and great for startups Rippling's comprehensive automation and compliance tools cater better to medium to large enterprises seeking to streamline operations across departments.
Customer service could always be better. Was slow during open enrollment. But I thin it will improve now that this time has passed.

It's ideal for automating benefits administration across different states or countries. However, for very small businesses or startups with simple needs, Rippling might be an overkill due to its extensive features, or for companies requiring deep, custom ERP integrations where simpler, more focused tools might suffice.
