Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling every day for my SSO (Single-sign-on) capabilities to integrate with our other software. I also use it for time tracking and taking PTO/time off. It is really helpful to have all of those features all in one place to where I don't have to go to another platform for those features.

Pros

  • User interface is extremely easy to navigate
  • It integrates well with other software that I use
  • It is very fast and rarely takes more than a few seconds to work

Cons

  • It logs me out sometimes after only a couple minutes
  • The buttons on the interface can be a little small sometimes
  • The organization tree is hard to find sometimes
  • Provides efficiency when it comes to employees requesting PTO
  • Provides efficiency when it comes to saving time integrating with other platforms
  • Provides time saved when it comes to navigating interface allowing for more time spent on doing other things
Rippling provides more features than the other products and the user interface is easier to use and integrates better with other platforms. We use NetSuite, and Rippling integrates well with NetSuite. Rippling also is a lot faster when it comes to loading screens and opening pages, PTO, organizational trees, etc.
The overall support is great! I have never had an issue with the customer support team and have been very happy with the overall customer support for Rippling. They are very fast to respond, and I have never had any issues with the support team. I rarely have to contact support.

The overall usability for Rippling is great. I enjoy how easy the user interface is to navigate and how seamlessly it integrates with other platforms. The user interface makes it very easy to find what I am looking for and using it for multiple tasks. I enjoy using it for the single sign on feature and opening other platforms that we use for our enterprise resource planning software.
The specific scenarios where Rippling is well suited is using it for the single-sign-on (SSO) capabilities and integrating it with other software. It is also well suited for time tracking, payroll, and managing PTO/time off. I enjoy how fast it is when I use it for the single sign on capabilities and how easy it is to see which employees have PTO coming up.
