Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for all people who matter! Payroll, training, paid time off (both sick leave and vacation), app SSOs such as Lucid Chart, Guidehouse, etc. Rippling serves as our one place to go with anything concerning pay, benefits, or any other organizational-level questions employees might have. For example, when I need to view prior Paystubs or look at upcoming time off, I look at Rippling.

Rippling is much more comprehensive than Gusto. With Gusto, we had to use several different HR apps to have the complete experience that Rippling offers. In fact, we could probably get rid of a few apps and software that we still use, and switch entirely over to Rippling.
Rippling is great! Truly a 1 stop shop. There are occasional glitches or issues, but nothing that isn't easily solvable.

Very intuitive, I think it's ease of use is really what sets it apart from older, more clunky HRIS platforms.
Rippling is a very well-equipped HRIS. It makes basic but very important things such as mandated State training, payroll, organizational workforce management, time tracking for our hourly employees, etc., very easy to use and understand. However, we could be using riggling more innovatively; we don't know what those are.
