We use Rippling as an all-in-one platform to manage our HR, IT, and payroll needs, streamlining processes across our organization. The product addresses several key business challenges, including: onboarding, payroll management, and the administration of our benefits, and IT management to name a few. The scope of our use case spans the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, benefits, and offboarding. The ability to manage HR and IT functions within one platform has improved efficiency, reduced manual effort, and enhanced the employee experience across the organization.
